Amendment #355 to H4100

Hazardous Material Response Teams

Representatives Creedon of Brockton, Canavan of Brockton and Brady of Brockton move to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 8324-0000, in line 6, by inserting after the words "expenses of the council" the following:

"provided, that $1,296,000 shall be provided for the Commonwealth's Hazardous Material Response Teams"

and in said item by striking out the firgures "$13,218,884" and inserting in place thereof the firgures: "$14,514,884"
