Amendment #36 to H4100

trial court detention facility

Mr. Peterson of Grafton moves to amend the bill by inserting, after section XX, the following section:—

“SECTION XX. Section 38B of chapter 127 of the General Laws is hereby amended in subsection (b) by inserting after the words “house of correction”, the following new words: “trial court detention facility”;

And in subsection (c) by inserting after the words “house of correction”, the following new words: “trial court detention facility”.
