Ms. Peisch of Wellesley moves to amend the bill in section 2, in  item 7030-1002, in line 34, by striking out the following: “and provided further, that no funds shall be expended for personnel costs” and inserting in place thereof the following: “and provided further, that funds may be set aside for the administration of these programs”.
