Prison Mitigation Funds

Representatives Benson of Lunenburg, D'Emilia of Bridgewater, Vieira of Falmouth, Bastien of Gardner, O'Day of West Boylston, Walsh of Framingham and Gifford of Wareham move to amend the bill in Section 2, in item 8900-0001, in line 11, by inserting after “MCI-Cedar Junction;” the following: “and provided further, that the department shall expend not less than $1,010,500 for cities and towns hosting facilities;”; and in said item by striking out the figures “535,951,881” and inserting in place thereof the figure “536,962,381”.
