Representatives Sullivan of Fall River, Aguiar of Fall River and Lawn of Watertown moves to amend the bill in Section 2 in line item 4000-0600 by inserting after the word "Income" the following words:- “provided further, that funding from this item shall be provided for the purpose of recruitment and retention of home health nurses in accordance with 114.3 CMR 50.00, and that said funds authorized herein shall be restorative to said regulation prior to its amendment made in accordance with MGL c. 29 § 9C and effective December 1, 2008, and shall be in addition to any amount appropriated in this item for the purpose of providing Title XIX services to patients; and provided further that the funds authorized herein shall be eligible for federal financial participation”.
