Amendment #365 to H4100

State Child Fatality Review Coordinator

Representatives Benson of Lunenburg, Khan of Newton and Farley-Bouvier of Pittsfield move to amend the bill in Section 2, in item 8800-0105, in line 11, by inserting after “2012;” the following: “;and provided further, that $75,000 shall be expended for the coordination of the state’s child fatality review process”; and in said item by striking out the figures “$7,344,737” and inserting in place thereof the figure “$7,419,737”.
