An Amendment to Strengthen Child Safety Laws

Mr. Fattman of Sutton moves to amend the bill by inserting, after SECTION XX, the following:-

“SECTION XX.  Paragraph 4 of section 26 of chapter 265, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking, in line 43, the words ‘not more than 15 years’ and inserting in place thereof the following:- life or any term of years
