Representatives Peake of Provincetown, Atsalis of Barnstable, McMurtry of Dedham, Fox of Boston, Hecht of Watertown, Puppolo of Springfield, Ferguson of Holden, Forry of Boston, Scibak of South Hadley, Pignatelli of Lenox, Madden of Nantucket, Peisch of Wellesley, Schmid of Westport, Andrews of Orange, Farley-Bouvier of Pittsfield, Walsh of Framingham, Garlick of Needham, Mark of Hancock, Howitt of Seekonk, Lawn of Watertown and Provost of Somerville move to amend the bill by adding at the end thereof the following section:

SECTION XX…Section 2 of Chapter 354 of the Acts of 2008 is hereby amended by striking the year “2012” and inserting in place thereof the year “2016”
