Representatives Peake of Provincetown, Atsalis of Barnstable, Fox of Boston, Cariddi of North Adams, Ferguson of Holden, Gifford of Wareham, Scibak of South Hadley, Pignatelli of Lenox, Kocot of Northampton, Madden of Nantucket, Coakley-Rivera of Springfield, Schmid of Westport, O'Day of West Boylston, Andrews of Orange, Sannicandro of Ashland, Farley-Bouvier of Pittsfield, Walsh of Framingham, Smola of Palmer, Sciortino of Medford, Finn of West Springfield, Howitt of Seekonk, Lawn of Watertown, Provost of Somerville and Ashe of Longmeadow move to amend the bill in section 81, in line 1049, by inserting after the word “Authority” the words “and the Regional Transit Authorities organized under the provisions of Chapter 161B of the General Laws”, and further in said section by striking in line 1051 the word “authority’s” and inserting in place thereof the word “authorities”
