Amendment #399 to H4100

Silent Spring

Representatives Peake of Provincetown, Hunt of Sandwich, Madden of Nantucket and Turner of Dennis move to amend the bill in Section 2, in item 2200-0100 by adding the following: “provided further, that funds shall be distributed to Silent Spring Institute to conduct a study of emerging contaminants in Cape Cod drinking water and groundwater”
