Amendment #402 to H4100

Rest Homes

Representatives Sánchez of Boston, Coppinger of Boston, Kocot of Northampton, Peisch of Wellesley, Provost of Somerville, Markey of Dartmouth, Sannicandro of Ashland, Coakley-Rivera of Springfield, Murphy of Lowell, Smizik of Brookline and Calter of Kingston Move that the bill be amended in Section 2, in item 4405-2000, by inserting the following: “provided further, that not less than $1 million shall be made available for rate increases for level IV rest homes as defined in 105 CMR 150.001.

And further moves that the bill be amended in Section 2, in item 4408-1000, by inserting the following: “provided further, that not less than $400,000 shall be made available for rate increases for level IV rest homes as defined in 105 CMR 150.001
