Amendment #43 to H4100

Recreational Facility Land Lease

Mr. Mariano of Quincy moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:

"SECTION  X.  The second sentence of section 1 of chapter 65 of the acts of 2010 is hereby amended by inserting after the words “Boston University Sailing Pavilion in the city of Boston;” the following words:- “the Northeastern University Henderson Boat House in the city of Boston;”.
