Amendment #437 to H4100

Office of Health Equity

Representatives Rushing of Boston, Sánchez of Boston, Andrews of Orange, Fox of Boston, Kaufman of Lexington, Khan of Newton, Malia of Boston and Provost of Somerville move that the bill be amended in Section 2 in line item 4000-0300, in line 24, by inserting after “of adequate quality” the following:

“provided further, that funds may be expended for the operation of the office of health equity within the executive office of health and human services.”
