Unemployment benefit reform

Representatives Orrall of Lakeville and Turner of Dennis moves to amend the bill by adding at the end thereof the following sections:  “Section X. Section 25 of Chapter 151A, as so appearing, is hereby amended by adding at the end thereof the following (k) employees terminated for and proven; stealing from their place of employment or for illegal drug use while at work or drunkenness while at work. “
