Amendment #46 to H4100

Court Apopinted Special Advocates

Representatives Torrisi of North Andover and Devers of Lawrence moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 0337-0002, by inserting after "department” the following:

"; provided further, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended to fund the Court Appointed Special Advocate Program in the Lawrence Juvenile Court"; and in said item by striking out the figures "$14,642,982" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$14,742,982,".
