Mr. Henriquez of Boston moves that the bill be amended in section 2 in line item 4000-0500 by inserting at the end thereof, the following: and provided further, that the executive office shall maintain the fiscal year 2012 overall reimbursement rate for the commonwealth's only medical respite program for the homeless.
