Community colleges workforce grant

Mr. Sannicandro of Ashland moves to amend the bill in section 88, in line 1270, by inserting after the word “offerings” the following sentence: “For the purposes of this section, the term workforce development programs shall include workforce training that is combined with college credit bearing courses and programs that can lead to an associate’s degree, or credit at a four-year higher education institution, including, but not limited to, general education courses and programs.”.
