Community College Language Change (30)

Representatives DiNatale of Fitchburg, Pignatelli of Lenox, Rosa of Leominster, Fresolo of Worcester, O'Day of West Boylston, Mahoney of Worcester, Gobi of Spencer, Benson of Lunenburg and Conroy of Wayland move to amend the bill in section 30, in line 4, by striking out the words “provided however, that in the case of the community colleges the Governor shall appoint the chairman, who shall reside within the geographic region of the community college.”
