Fair Unemployment Compensation

Representatives Orrall of Lakeville, Poirier of North Attleborough, O'Connell of Taunton, Beaton of Shrewsbury and Diehl of Whitman move to amend the bill by adding at the end thereof the following sections:  “Section X. Section 13 of Chapter 151A, as so appearing, is hereby amended by adding at the end thereof the following; employers cannot be charged more or less specifically for their employee's employment status at another employer.”
