Black Men of Greater Spfld Duboise Saturday School & Summer Camp program.

Mr. Swan of Springfield moves to amend the bill in section 1B, in item 7002-0012, in line 4, by inserting after “program"  the following: “provided further, that not less than $200,000 shall be expended to the Black Men of Greater Springfield, Inc. so-called in Springfield to continue the Du Boise Academy Saturday School, Summer Camping program and Unity grants program.”
