Amendment #522 to H4100

Increase in the Gold Star Annuity

Representatives Chan of Quincy, Garlick of Needham, DiNatale of Fitchburg, Ayers of Quincy, Fallon of Malden, Puppolo of Springfield, Ross of Attleboro, Kane of Holyoke, Howitt of Seekonk, Campbell of Methuen, Parisella of Beverly, Creedon of Brockton, Brodeur of Melrose, Cantwell of Marshfield, McMurtry of Dedham and Timilty of Milton moves to amend the bill in line item 1410-0300  by striking out the figure “$21,400,000 “ and inserting in place thereof the following:- “$27,244,582”; and moves to further amend the bill by adding at the end thereof the following section:-

“SECTION ___. Section 6B of the General laws is hereby amended by in lines 18, 26 and 33 by striking out the figures “$2,000” and inserting in place thereof the following figures “$2,500”.
