MassHealth Case-Mix Validation

Representatives Puppolo of Springfield, Kane of Holyoke and Humason of Westfield moves that the bill be amended in section 2, in item 4000-0300, in line 73, by inserting after the word “funding;” the following:

“provided further, the executive office shall not set further limitations for acute care hospital inpatient and outpatient case-mix appeals than those in effect as of February 1, 2012”
