Amendment #533 to H4100

funds to identify and reduce MCAD caseload by 3,000 cases

Mr. Madden of Nantucket moves to amend the bill in section 2 by inserting after item 0940-0102 the following item:

"0940-xxxx Provided, that up to $600,000 shall be expended to resolve a backlog of up to 3,000 specified pending cases; provided further that federal reimbursements received as a result of clearing up these specified backlogged cases, including reimbursements for administrative, fringe and overhead costs, in the amount of $600,00 shall be credited to the General Fund; all revenue for this project will have a separate revenue source code, and will be tracked and reported on on a quarterly basis, this is a one -time project which shall be completed within 30 months from the date established.........$600,000."
