Amendment #535 to H4100

Outside Section for ADH Licensing

Representatives Wolf of Cambridge and Hecht of Watertown moves that H. 4100 be amended by adding at the end thereof the following:

"Section XX: Chapter 111 of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting after section 224 the following section:

Section 225: The Department of Public Health, in consultation with the Executive Office of Health and Human Services, shall adopt regulations for the statewide licensure of adult day health programs."
