Tobacco product language

Mr. Murphy of Lowell moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:

"SECTION 99.  Chapter 94F of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting after section 6 the following section:   Section 7. Every person that maintains a machine at a retail establishment that enables any person to process at that establishment tobacco or any product that is made or derived from tobacco into a roll or tube shall be deemed to be a manufacturer of cigarettes and the resulting product shall be deemed to be cigarettes sold to a consumer for purposes of this chapter, chapter 94E, and chapter 64C of the General Laws”.
