Mr. Murphy of Weymouth moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 2810-2041, in line 2, by striking out the figures” 9,000,000” and inserting in place thereof the figures “9,500,000”; and in said item amend the bill in line 22, by inserting after “course” the following:  Provided further, that not less than $500,000 shall be expended for amelioration of an area bounded by Middle, Garey and Commercial Streets in the town of Weymouth.
