Increasing Competition Among School Photographers

Representatives Kuros of Uxbridge, Fattman of Sutton, Diehl of Whitman, Farley-Bouvier of Pittsfield and Cariddi of North Adams move to amend the bill by inserting, after section XX, the following section: -

“Section XX.  Section 1 of chapter 30B, as appearing in the 2010 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in lines 87 through 88, paragraph (31) of subsection (b) in its entirety.”
