Funding for Speakers for Hope, An Inspirational Program to Support Teens

Mr. Nangle of Lowell moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4512-0200,  by adding the following: “provided further that not less than $200,000 shall be expended to fund the Gavin Foundation, Inc.’s Speakers for Hope program”.
