Springfield Neighborhood Housing Services, Inc.

Mr. Swan of Springfield moves to amend the bill in section 1B, in item 7004-3036, by adding at the end the following: "provided further, that not less than $200,000 shall be expended to Springfield Neighborhood Housing Services, Inc., so-called in Springfield”.
