Amendment #587 to H4100

An Act relative to credit card audit

Representatives O'Connell of Taunton, Diehl of Whitman, Orrall of Lakeville and Webster of Pembroke move to amend House Bill 4100 by adding the following sections: “SECTION XX.  Not withstanding any general or special law to the contrary the State Auditor is hereby directed to account for every Commonwealth funded credit card distributed by all state agencies and quasi-independent agencies.
