Mr. Naughton of Clinton moves that the bill be amended in Section 2, line item 2820-0700, by adding at the end thereof the following; “provided further no less than $100,000 be provided for the repair of dams located at the Bartlett Pond in the “Town of Lancaster”; and in said item by striking out the figure “$299,778” and inserting in place thereof the figure “$399,778”
