Representatives Wolf of Cambridge, Swan of Springfield and Farley-Bouvier of Pittsfield moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 3000-XXXX by inserting the following: "To further the implementation of a statewide quality rating and improvement system (QRIS) to set clear quality standards for all programs, greater accountability and continuous program improvement. …. $250,000."
