Amendment to 7061-9614 - Alternative Education to Schools

Representatives Wolf of Cambridge, Fox of Boston, Sullivan of Fall River, Brady of Brockton, Khan of Newton, Swan of Springfield, Smizik of Brookline, Murphy of Burlington and Farley-Bouvier of Pittsfield moves that H. 4100 be amended in section 2 by adding the following: “7061-9614 For the alternative education grant program established in section 1N of chapter 69 of the General Laws; provided, that the commissioner shall allocate funds for both subsections (a) and (b) of said section 1N of said chapter 69; and provided further, that no funds shall be expended for personnel costs…………$1,000,000”
