Amendment #615 to H4100

Outside Section - MBTA Monthly RIDE pass

Representatives Wolf of Cambridge, Swan of Springfield, Hecht of Watertown, Sciortino of Medford and Garlick of Needham moves that H. 4100 be amended by adding at the end thereof the following section:

Section XX.  Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary or other provision on this item, Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority shall establish a weekly and a monthly pass for the RIDE program, using the same metrics for which other MBTA weekly and monthly passes are developed.
