Mr. Naughton of Clinton moves that the bill be amended in Section 2 in line item 2810-0100 by adding at the end thereof the following:  “provided further, for Fiscal Year 2013, no less than $40,000 for the creation and design program of a Thayer Memorial Park in the Town of Lancaster.”
