Mr. Naughton of Clinton moves that the bill be amended in Section 2 in line item 8700-0001 by adding at the end thereof the following:  “provided further, for fiscal year 2013, no less than $20,000 will be provided for the manufacture and presentation of medals of recognition for Korean War Veterans. “
