Mr. Sciortino of Medford moves to amend the bill in section 2, in line 7004-0100, in line 1 by inserting after the word personnel the following: “provided further that not less than $100,000 be allocated for data analysis and technical assistance for line item 7004-0101 by Homes for Families."
