Mr. Swan of Springfield moves to amend the bill in section 1B, in item 1410-0012, by adding at the end of line 6 thereof the following: "provided further, that not less than $120,000 shall be expended for the Mason Square Veterans Outreach Center, Inc., So-called in Springfield”.
