Amendment #638 to H4100

Operation expenditures for the department of correction & prison mitigation

Mr. Winslow of Norfolk moves to amend the bill, in section 2A, in item 8900-0001, in line 13, by striking out the figure "$535,951,881" and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “$545,990,712”;

and further amends the said item, in line 11, by inserting after the words “MCI-Cedar Junction” the following words:-

“and provided further, that the department shall expend not less than $1,010,500 for cities and towns hosting facilities.”
