Representatives Kafka of Stoughton, Walsh of Lynn, Conroy of Wayland, Ferguson of Holden, Galvin of Canton, Linsky of Natick, Peake of Provincetown, Scibak of South Hadley, Turner of Dennis, Provost of Somerville, Madden of Nantucket, Garlick of Needham, Fresolo of Worcester, Creedon of Brockton, Cantwell of Marshfield, Canavan of Brockton, Calter of Kingston, Fennell of Lynn, Atkins of Concord, Ayers of Quincy, Dykema of Holliston, Beaton of Shrewsbury, Benson of Lunenburg, Brady of Brockton, Murphy of Lowell, Cabral of New Bedford, Keenan of Salem, Smola of Palmer, Durant of Spencer, Dwyer of Woburn, Murphy of Weymouth, Fallon of Malden, Lawn of Watertown, McMurtry of Dedham, Hecht of Watertown, Puppolo of Springfield and Ross of Attleboro moves to amend the bill in section 2, in  item 4513-1020, in line 32, by inserting after "claims" the following: "provided further, that $5,400,000 shall expended to fund a 13 percent rate increase for program services provided under this item and items  4000-0500 and 4000-0700 to increase salaries and compensation for early intervention staff, effective July 1, 2012"; and in said item by striking out the figures "25,723,610" and inserting in place thereof the figures "31,114,420".
