Amendment #643 to H4100

Bristol County Children's Advocacy Center

Representatives Aguiar of Fall River, Barrows of Mansfield, Cabral of New Bedford, Howitt of Seekonk, Koczera of New Bedford, O'Connell of Taunton, Poirier of North Attleborough, Ross of Attleboro, Schmid of Westport and Sullivan of Fall River move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4800-0038, in line 12, by inserting after "programs" the following: "; provided further, that funding shall be expended on children's advocacy centers, services for child victims of sexual abuse and assault; provided further, that funds shall be expended on programs that received funding in fiscal year 2012; provided further, that funding may be expended on supervised visitation programs; and, provided further, that not less than $200,000 shall be expended for the Children's Advocacy Center of Bristol County"; and in said item by striking out the figures "248,142,130" and inserting in place thereof the figures "248,341,130".
