Amendment #644 to H4100

An Act relative to vending machine taxes

Representatives O'Connell of Taunton, Diehl of Whitman, Orrall of Lakeville and Webster of Pembroke move to amend House bill 4100 by adding the following sections:

“SECTION XX.   Not withstanding any general or special law to the contrary the Department of Public Health is prohibited from raising licensing fees for food vending machines greater than 100% in a calendar year. “
