Amendment #649 to H4100

Amendment to Outside Section 37 - Dam and Sea Wall Infrastructure Fund

Ms. Gobi of Spencer moves to amend House Bill 4100, in section 3, in section 37, by inserting in the first paragraph after the word “source”, in line 674, the following words:- “and to include without limitation any  investment earnings on fund monies.”; and in said section, by inserting in the second paragraph after the word  “grants”, in line 678, the following words:- “ or loans,”; and in said section by inserting at the end of the third paragraph, after the word “applicant”, in line 695, the following sentence:- “Any repayment by borrowers of loans of financial assistance from fund monies shall be credit to the fund.”.
