Amendment aligning Fair Share FTE threshold with federal law

Representatives Hunt of Sandwich, Boldyga of Southwick, Creedon of Brockton, D'Emilia of Bridgewater, Diehl of Whitman, DiNatale of Fitchburg, Howitt of Seekonk, Humason of Westfield, Jones of North Reading, Kuros of Uxbridge, Levy of Marlborough, Lombardo of Billerica, Orrall of Lakeville, Turner of Dennis, Vieira of Falmouth and Webster of Pembroke moves to amend the bill by adding at the end thereof the following new section:--

“SECTION XX.  Subsection (b) of section 188 of chapter 149, as most recently amended by section 135 of chapter 3 of the Acts of 2011, is hereby amended by striking out the figure “11” and inserting in place thereof the following: “51”.”
