Amendment #657 to H4100

Bee Hives Inspection Funding

Representatives Gobi of Spencer, Ferrante of Gloucester, Dykema of Holliston, Schmid of Westport, Ferguson of Holden, Andrews of Orange, Beaton of Shrewsbury, Peterson of Grafton, Fernandes of Milford and Vieira of Falmouth move to amend House Bill 4100, in section 2, in item 2511-0100 by inserting at the end the following wording:- “provided, that not less than $35,000 shall be spent for the purposes of operating the statewide seasonal inspections of bee hives.”; and in said item by striking out the figures, “$4,192,811” and inserting in place thereof the following figures:  “$4,227,811”.
