Amendment #658 to H4100

MRVP Administration Fee

Representatives Kane of Holyoke, Michlewitz of Boston, Sánchez of Boston and DiNatale of Fitchburg move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7004-9024, in line 33, by striking the following “not more than $30.00 per voucher per month for the costs of administering the program” and inserting in place thereof the following:

“ a base administrative fee for the costs of administering the program; provided further, that the base administrative fee may be increased for the Massachusetts rental voucher economic self-sufficiency program and the Massachusetts rental voucher supportive housing program”
