Amendment #66 to H4100

relative to the Deeds Excise Fund

Mr. Bradley of Hingham moves to amend the bill by adding at the end thereof the following section:

SECTION    .

Section 11 of Chapter 64D of the General Laws, as amended by Chapter 61 of the Acts of 2009, is hereby amended in line 11 after “2009” the following:

“except in Plymouth County in which its minimum obligation to fund from its own revenues shall be calculated from fiscal year 2004,”
