Ms. Fox of Boston moves to amend section 2 of the bill in line item 8900-0001, by striking out the figure $535,951,881and inserting in place thereof the figure:-  $545,990,712 "this is to ensure that the services and programs provided to the inmates such as education, treatment, whole health and mental health, substance abuse counseling, family and community reunification and not at detriment of being removed or denied in all facilities."
