Excluding Transfer of Water Pollution Abatement Trust Funds

Representatives Gobi of Spencer, Ferrante of Gloucester, Dykema of Holliston, Schmid of Westport, Ross of Attleboro, Levy of Marlborough and Diehl of Whitman moves to amend House Bill 4100, in section 3, in section 67, by striking out, in line 847,  the word “including” and inserting in place thereof the following word:- “excluding ”.
