Representatives Aguiar of Fall River, Garballey of Arlington, Andrews of Orange, Khan of Newton, Smizik of Brookline, Toomey of Cambridge and Brady of Brockton moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4000-1604,  by striking out the figures "500,000" and inserting in place thereof the figures "3,125,000".
